Spacious ground floor flat set in a quiet residential part of Lerwick, with stunning views over Lerwick & Bressay.
The flat forms part of the ground floor of a newly constructed family home and is within walking distance of Sands of Sound beach, Clickimin Broch and Clickimin Centre. There is also a petrol station close by and Tesco supermarket is within 1 mile of the property. It is approximately 2 ½ miles to Lerwick town centre.
The front door opens into a large living area with an attached kitchen. Through a door into the corridor is a large double bedroom with walk-in-wardrobe and a shower room.
Living Room – offering very comfortable surroundings with 37” flat screen LCD TV with built-in Freeview and DVD Player. Bookshelf with books, games & DVDs. Dining table and 2 chairs.
Kitchen – fully equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. Ample crockery, glasses and cutlery, pots & pans and other cooking equipment.
Bedroom – beautiful hand-made wooden double bed, walk-in-wardrobe, chest of drawers, full length mirror, hair dryer and shoe rack.
Shower room – Shower, toilet and wash hand basin. Heated towel rail.
Heating for the flat is under-floor. All bed linen, towels and dish towels are provided. An ironing board and iron are provided as well as a clothes airer, pegs and basket. A welcome pack with some essentials will greet you when you arrive.
The property is strictly no smoking and pets are not allowed.
From Sumburgh Airport – Follow the A970 north to Lerwick. When you enter Lerwick take the first right onto Oversund Road, and continue on straight through the mini roundabout onto Quoys Road. Continue on and go right at the next roundabout. Follow the road up the hill and around the top corner, No. 10 is the first red house on the right hand side.
From Northlink Ferry Terminal – Turn left out of the ferry terminal to the A970. Go straight through the first mini roundabout (the Lerwick Co-op supermarket should be on your left hand side) and then go right at the second mini roundabout onto North Lochside. Continue on the A970 passing the Clickimin Leisure Centre on the right. At the next roundabout go right, passing Tesco’s on the left (you should still be on the A970). Continue on to the next roundabout where you take a left and continue onto Oversund Road, follow the road around and up the hill taking a left at the next roundabout which takes you onto Quoys Road. Go right at the next roundabout and follow the road up the hill and around the top corner. No.10 is the first red house on the right hand side.
