Wool Week
8th-14th October 2012
In it's second year, Shetland Wool Week is still a very new but exciting event - seven days dedicated to celebrating the wool of Britain's most northerly native sheep, Shetland's textile industries and rural farming communities. Join knitting master classes in Fair Isle and Shetland Fine Lace, workshops in hand-spinning, weaving and felting, and much more.
We'll keep this page updated as the programme comes together.
To find out more about what happened during the 2011 event, have a look at Kate Davies' blog here or download the 2011 programme of events (pdf).
For regular updates on the 2012 event, follow Shetland Wool Week on Facebook.
